Some days it only feels like there's a gun to my head to be "the mom"...others days there's a cannon and two boys who find great joy in seeing it.  Here's to some lazy, crazy days of summer adventure ahead with the fun lovers!

Moving on up...

Zak's days of downstairs preschool are officially over.  In September, he moves upstairs to Pre-K and he's officially "a big kid".  In his words, "the biggest".  And as usual, the happiest smile for his much loved teachers.

Gotcha Day 4 Years

4 years ago today this silly little face lit up the room and our lives.  Every day since has been an event...we learn something, we teach something, we laugh, we cry, we run, we jump, we run and jump some more.  Van's joy is contagious and we couldn't ask for a better thing to catch.
Love this big brother with all our hearts.  Happy Gotcha Day Van!

Field Day

First ever field day for our household and excited hardly begins to describe the feeling.   Mom got to watch while Van took field day by storm.  This soon to be 1st grader had an absolute blast!
