Whew!

It's amazing how much your life changes. Personal time is thing of the past.

Life revolves around eating, trying to sleep, playing with empty plastic bottles (who knew?), and waiting for the poopy diaper.

We've run around to a few government offices the past few days, getting various forms stamped and signing our names a bunch of times. I'm sure Tracey will tell you all about it.

As y'all have probably figured out, we're not bothering to log off and log back on so all the posts say 'Posted by Scott' but really it's the two of us - our writing styles are different enough, I think, to know which is which.

Anyway, it's been really crazy. We did all the reading and the research but nothing quite prepares you for having a miniature human to completely and totally care for. It's wonderful, exhausting, exhilarating, and quite an adventure.

Missing everyone and missing home already. Please keep posting or emailing, it really means a lot. Enough typing, here's some PICTURES:

I've been doing a pretty good job of keeping it together while checking your blog everyday. But that picture of Van laying across Tracey where both appear to be sleeping... My heart melted and I finally gave in and cried. I'm so happy for all three of you that you're finally together as a family. Keep up the good work and we'll see you back home real soon!

Ah, yes, life will never be the same again! But that's a good thing. It is so cool to check the blog and keep up with the daily events. We are ready for the three of you to come home! When is that again? Let me know if there's anything I can do on the homefront for you guys.

Love the pictures, keep them coming. The boys smiles are too much and what about those matching foreheads?! I love the banana picture too. He already knows how to ham it up for the camera. We thinking about you always.

Love, Aunt Beth and Uncle Dan

The pictures just keep getting cuter and cuter every day. I love it! He is definitely quite a character - should fit in quite well with everyone back at home then!
I was very happy to see Rich Frog make an appearance in one of the photos. For a trip mascot he sure has been curiously absent from all the pictures.
The life changing thing - yeah that's unavoidable, and pretty crazy, but worth it. Don't forget you have plenty of friends and family who are willing to relieve you when you need it. This is probably because we're counting on a return favor one day. And of course by we I mean me.
Love you guys - hope we can help keep you from giving in to homesicknesses, via the lovely miracle of the internet .
